What our staff say about us.

“I appreciate working for a project developer operating throughout Germany and, as a result, learning more about other regional markets. In my role as a senior project developer, I enjoy the trust placed in me to represent the brand in Munich and to take on responsibility. The combination of project development and acquisition, which we shape together as a team, is particularly exciting.

And I can see that personal commitment and achievements are noticed and recognised.’“

“I chose Becken because entrepreneurial thinking is genuinely put into practice here.

This gives me the opportunity to play a part in shaping complex projects from start to finish, to take on responsibility, and to develop both professionally and personally through my day-to-day work on projects.”

“Sustainability is more than just a buzzword – it is my personal passion. As a keen advocate of an environmentally conscious future, I have been given a unique opportunity at Becken to further develop my expertise in the field of sustainable construction and to contribute this valuable knowledge to the project teams. Dialogue and the exchange of ideas within the team play a crucial role for me in this regard.”
