As an owner-managed Hamburg-based property and investment company with around 80 employees today, Becken has been operating in Germany’s leading metropolitan regions since 1978. Becken is a fast-growing family business, led by a management team that acts flexibly and thinks sustainably.

We aim to build long-term partnerships with our staff. Together with the management team, we define key roles and career paths for specialists and managers. Accordingly, we continuously support and challenge our staff on an individual basis.
