With this lease, the project development has reached a rental rate of around 40 percent. The building application for the revitalization of the building at Nymphenburger Straße 112 to new construction standards is to be submitted in the first quarter of 2026. According to current plans, Baker Tilly is scheduled to move in in 2028. The company is relocating its existing Munich office from Nymphenburger Straße 3b to the new location in the western section of the street. The leased space is located on the upper three floors (third to fifth floors) of the building.

Jens Hogekamp, Managing Director of Becken Development GmbH: “Baker Tilly’s long-term lease underscores the appeal of ‘Contour’ and its location in City-West. We are particularly pleased that a renowned company like Baker Tilly was won over by the combination of sustainable building revitalization, technical quality, and a central location.” Referring to the vacant space, he adds: “The remaining approximately 7,500 square meters offer a wide range of potential uses, and with access to terraces and gardens, they fully meet modern requirements for office space. Due to the high quality of the overall project, we are already seeing further interest from potential tenants.”

Baker Tilly Munich: “The future office space at Nymphenburger Straße 112 particularly impresses us with its high-quality amenities, sustainable construction, and flexible layout. A key factor for us is the central location, which offers excellent accessibility for both our employees and our clients.”

sustainable revitalization concept The Contour project pursues a comprehensive concept for revitalizing the existing building stock with high sustainability standards. The aim is to achieve DGNB certification with Gold or Platinum status. The digital infrastructure is rated WiredScore Gold. Another focus is on high quality of life with green roof terraces, a wide range of communal areas, and modern building technology. The office units can be flexibly designed and offer clear room heights of three to four meters. Tenants will have access to various services, such as a room planning program, a sports room, parcel boxes, outdoor offices, e-charging stations for cars and bicycles, showers and changing rooms, and catering facilities in the building.
