Compliance Whistleblowing System
For Becken, compliance with legal regulations is of utmost importance. We want to ensure that compliance is guaranteed today and in the future and to prevent any violations.
As part of our compliance strategy, we facilitate the reporting of violations through the Trusty whistleblowing system. Via the „Report a Tip“ link below, employees and business partners have the option to report violations in a secure environment and, if desired, anonymously. Every tip is thoroughly reviewed and processed by members of our legal department.
Trusty is a secure platform and easy for anyone to use. It meets the highest data protection and security requirements. If a whistleblower wishes to submit their report anonymously, their anonymity is guaranteed, even from the employees of Becken's legal department who are handling the report.
Important: Please make a note of the username and password that Trusty assigns to you at the end of the process. You can use these to log in to your secure mailbox under „Mailbox“ below, and communicate with members of Becken's legal department, whether you submitted the tip anonymously or not.
